Our terms and conditions:

  • If you do not require our delicious evening dinner we deduct EUR 15,- per Person and night.
  • Pets upon request.
  • You may use our garage for EUR 10,- per day.
  • Gift vouchers: Give away pure holiday pleasure to your family, friends or business partners.
  • Free use of our bicycles, table tennis, badminton, stand up paddle boards, boats and much more – depending on availability.
  • Visitor´s tax will be charged seperately (€ 1,60 per adult/per night)
  • We organize your transfers from Villach railway station or airport Klagenfurt.
  • We accept EC-card, VISA and Eurocard/Mastercard
  • We ask for your understanding that your reservation will only become final with a down-payment (bank details: RB Drobollach, bank code 39496, account number 103.010, IBAN AT62 39496000 0010 3010, BIC RZKTAT2K496)
  • Cancellation policy: A cancellation up to 30 days before arrival is free of charge. Thereafter we will have to charge 20% of your total cost. From 7 days prior to arrival and for early departure, if we are unable to re-rent the room, we have to charge 75% of your total cost.
  • It is possible to take out travel cancellation insurance through us.
  • Reduced green fees on all golf courses in Carinthia as well as for Bled (SLO), Tarvisio and Grado (IT)
