Our terms and conditions:

• If you need to cancel your holiday, the following terms and conditions apply:
  Up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fee.
  From 30 days to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount will be charged.
  Within the last week before arrival and in case of early departure: 90% of the total amount will be charged.
  We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
• We ask for your understanding that your reservation will only become final with a down-payment (bank details: RB Drobollach, bank code 39496, account number 103.010, IBAN AT62 39496000 0010 3010, BIC RZKTAT2K496)
• The remaining balance can be paid by VISA or Eurocard/Mastercard, preferably by debit card (EC card) or via bank transfer in advance.
• Visitor´s tax will be charged seperately (€ 2,70 per adult/per night)
• It is possible to take out travel cancellation insurance through us.
• Your car can be parked in our garage for €14 per day.
• Minimum occupancy: double rooms can only be booked for two persons. Single occupancy is available on request in May and from the end of September.
• If you do not require our delicious evening dinner we deduct EUR 15,- per Person and night.
• Pets upon request.
• Free use of our bicycles, table tennis, badminton, stand up paddle boards, boats and much more – depending on availability.
• Reduced green fees on all golf courses in Carinthia as well as for Bled (SLO), Tarvisio and Grado (IT)
